"In response to legal letters issued by solicitors acting for Esther Mary Rockett the content on this website has been removed.

As at 9 September 2019 the parties have reached a settlement agreement and as part of the agreed terms the following notice will appear at this URL for a period of 12 months in 12 pt font:

Correction and Apology to Esther Rockett

Between 2014 and 2018, articles were published about Esther Rockett on the website "Facts About Universal Medicine" (universalmedicinefacts.com). "Facts About Universal Medicine" is administered in varying capacities by a team of people including Alison Greig, Jonathan Baldwin, Desiree Delaloye, Ray Karam and Isabella Benhayon. Between 2015 and 2016 articles authored by Ray Karam and Alison Greig were also published about Esther Rockett on the "Truth About Serge Benhayon" (truthaboutsergebenhayon.com) website.

Alison Greig, Jonathan Baldwin, Desiree Delaloye, Ray Karam and Isabella Benhayon unconditionally withdraw any allegation in those articles that Ms Rockett had knowingly made false accusations against Mr Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine; that her complaints were baseless; that she was a liar; that she was a bully or "troll" who had engaged in a campaign of cyber abuse; that she had conducted a campaign of hate and published hate material about Universal Medicine; and that she had engaged in a campaign of religious persecution.

Alison Greig, Jonathan Baldwin, Desiree Delaloye, Ray Karam and Isabella Benhayon unreservedly apologise to Ms Rockett for any hurt and offence caused by the articles or any other articles or comments that they have authored making the above allegations, and have removed all such articles and comments that Ms Rockett had notified them of."

Nice to see an apology there to Ms Rockett, it's well overdue. There's a whole lot of other people they could start apologising too as well - those that lost family members and had their families destroyed would be a good start. Can't see it ever happening, but who'd of thought when this thread was started the NSW Supreme Court would of ruled so heavily against UM?

And this little news nugget landed last week too: [www.abc.net.au]

What ever will come out next?

I just wanted to share a link to a BBC documentary about the science behind hypnosis. As some of you who are reading this might be aware, some of the most effective and successful cult leaders know how to use trance induction or hypnosis to draw unsuspecting people in.

Osho was one of these successful cult leaders and Mooji is another one.

Notice towards the end of the video, a British doctor who uses hypnosis working with patients in his clinical practice compares hypnosis to 'brain-washing"!
I found this fascinating.

This doctor (who treats people with IBS - irritable bowel syndrome) seems to be getting some good results, and clinical trials are reporting that his techniques are successful.

He says that once a person is under the influence of hypnosis, you basically just "drone on and on" repeating and repeating "lots of pleasant suggestions". He says it's like you are "brain washing" the person. His words!

And I feel that this is exactly what Moo does. And it works. Also I found an article published in an independent British newspaper about the science behind hypnosis:

[britishhypnosisresearch.com]

Again, we see hypnosis compared to 'brain-washing' or thought control! The author does say that a type of indirect hypnosis can be used on people without their consent (they have no idea that they are being hypnotized) and that this is skill is dangerous, if it ends up in the wrong hands.

Pretty damn interesting.

I am sure this is what happened to me... I was hypnotized without my consent. In hindsight it is obvious to me. It's obvious to me now... but at the time, I don't know, I just thought that something seemed to be wrong with my head. But it wasn't an especially unpleasant feeling. Then Old Moo was there to tell me "that is just your mind". So you can see how easily it is to become confused!

Moo is very, very manipulative and cunning.

If you want to leave Moojis cult this might be helpful:

1. Video about trauma bonding with a narcisisst [www.youtube.com]

2. Many people on the main Mooji thread found it helpful to read "the guru papers" written by Joel Kramer and Diana Alstad. Here you find free parts to read: [joeldiana.com]

3. recommended book "Enlightenment- The Path through the Jungle" by Dennis Waite.

4. Documentary "Wild wild country" about Osho

5. Movie "Kumare"

6. Reach out for support and help OUTSIDE Moo sangha: family, friends, partners and if necessary: a therapist

7. Focus on daily tasks for grounding yourself, take time for healing, go out into nature as much as possible, find joy again in normal life, help others, exercise and educate yourself about how cults operate. Stand your ground and claim your power back from Moo. If you have psychological issues do not hesitate seeing a therapist!

Hello Everyone,

Shiningworld has now responded to the movement that Heather's books and this CULT Education Forum has formed. To date this topic has had over 11,000 views, and we are NOT going away James and Isabella Swartz.

Isabella has wrote a piece that is quite well wrote. The only problem Isabella is that your quasi-psycho babble has not salient retort to the multitude of points that have been raised in these pages. Both on the ordeal of Heather, and on how Shiningworld are simply not teaching Traditional Vedanta as claimed. But their own expression of modern vedanta.

In regard to the initial poster, Dan, who is SW staff most likely, he asks is their nothing that can be done for this slander?

No there is not for two reasons.

The first is that it would not be a complaint of slander, but of libel.

The second is that Shiningworld are being invited to try to do something about it, but for my part, every single thing I have wrote is check-able, and independently verifiable, and a court case for libel won't be took up by Shiningworld. Because if they do know peoples identity in this topic then they do know what has been said and alluded to, at least by me. Is true.

In regard to Isabella hearing about the idea being floated of picketing Trout Lake, one only had to read about it here. It was hardly secret. Though the most important point is being missed. James and Isabella, gone are the days where things are being ignored. People are coming together, and if you genuinely read through all the comment sin these topics SW, there is a heck of a lot of truth. And the time may be coming for the proof of how much of a cult Shiningworld is, is shown.

Shiningworld, the independent proof exists that you fulfill the criteria for a cult. These many victims accounts will be sought to be back up professionally, before a substantial offer of the evidence is made. Such articles like you have wrote today Isabella, mobilizes it even more.

"Hater's invariably belong to a group", oh yea? And who hates more than Shiningworld? The way you talk about other teachers and paths, both in public and private smacks of pure ego and elitism. You do NOT teach traditional vedanta. The very traditions of individual swami's that may give you a nod here and there are, believe me, relegating James Swartz to an academic. You are also well known for publicly hating and terrorism those in SW that fall foul of the two of you. You are aptly describing the terror of you and James Swartz?

Speaking of Swami's. James Swartz showed his ego once more, when he name dropped a famous Swami who he said had sent him regards. So what? Teachers sent teachers regard all the time, yet James name dropped this teacher to try to validate his own teaching, in response to someone criticizing him. The fact that you published such a name drop speaks volumes. You feel that you are lacking, by needing to publicly name drop in that context. There doesn't seem to be resting as purtanvam there. The fruit of moksha.

Do you not know that many are afraid to get close to you both? Know how I know? Because many have told me themselves.

"There is no way of stopping a hater...only ignoring..." Isabella, let's have a reality check, you have not ignored us, as you have made a response. Which we have been wanting. Further responses would be appreciated, and this is because...

Once we see that there is nothing of interest in your silken hollow pseudo psychological response, one major thing stands out.

There is no addressing of Heather's sexual attacks. Nor is there any addressing of the myriad of inaccurate teachings purporting to be traditional vedanta. Point of fact Isabella, some of your teachings have been looked at by Swami within traditional vedanta, and they are not accurate. I know because I commissioned it. You are teaching people inaccurately. And that is most terrible for those unsuspecting people.

We know who you are speaking about in regard to someone's father. And yet again you take another opportunity to publicly character assassinate a former teacher.

Let me enlighten the internet. A teacher in Shiningworld was made an example of because they were asking for donations to cover medical expenses. They were publicly humiliated on Shiningworld in articles and newsletter.

Ok. So James Swartz allowed Isabella to get her way. He takes the side of his wife over his own students. This in itself is ignoring the importance of the parampara, lineage, over his own vishaya ananda, object happiness. This is a strong indication that his own discrimination is clouded, and he has feel from grace.

The most hypocritical thing in this, and here I am publicly outing James Swartz for the very first time in this context, is that he himself has been soliciting cash for that Spanish property. This has been happening in public, for a fact.

So they throw out a teacher for asking for cash for medical expenses, yet you, James Swartz are able to solicit cash for your property in Spain!

How dare you treat people like this! Any members of Shiningworld, read this carefully. I tell you the truth. Some i can't reveal. The rest is most likely going to be placed into a format that you can see what they are doing to you.

Isabella, you have the audacity to portray both of you as victims. We, the people who have been abused by you, we are the victims, and we are being heard. So, we shall shout louder still.

You have totally deflected our complaints by attempting to portray both of you as victims. We are outing both of you. And we are making an impact, once that will continue. Do you know why? Because what is being said is the truth. And we dance to our tune. You cannot force us into anything. It is us who have been controlling you. And we shall continue to entice you to share your propaganda, for it is then that we will take it apart.

And if you stop responding? We shall carry on with the historical abuse anyhow. This is not stopping, it is growing. You have fed it much more today. thank-you, for we have been wanting this, and more. Please continue.

Psychobabble, False Teachings, Fallacious Reasoning--
Courtesy of James Swartz and (the non-sex show) Spouse
Plus, Some DERVO...

As worthy Earthquake largely points out above, it seems that all the Swartz's can do now is to resort to a mix of Pschobabble, generalized accusations and (widely inaccurate) general assertions regarding those telling the truth about James, "fallacious reasoning" bad enough to make a high school sophomore debate student blush, and all this with nary a concrete responses to the many charges and accusations about the behaviors and teachings of James.

Well, actually, James Swartz can't deny the following because he bragged about them in public and/or has spoken and written about, or exhibited, them many times:

-- Poisoning the neighbor's dog to death in India.

-- Having sex on a regular schedule with a large number of widowed sewer cleaners in Tiru in the early 2000's.

-- Using drugs, including LSD, with students.

-- His false spiritual history, regarding his teachers, associations with them, and accomplishments.

-- His knowingly false and distorted teachings, and deliberate mis-translations of some of Vedanta's most sacred texts (all to make himself and his half-teachings look whole).

-- His malicious bullying of students and bad-mouthing other (perhaps real, unlike himself) spiritual teachers.

The list goes on and on of what James and his spouse will not ever discuss. THE TRUTH HURTS. Better to confuse, to obfuscate, and to attack.

Here is where (as Heather mentioned on Page 19) DERVO comes in. If attacked by the truth, what to do? Certainly the Swartz couple chooses to:

-- DENY

-- ATTACK, and

-- REVERSE VICTIM and OFFENDER

Deny--Swartz's denials regarding Heather's charges are actually very weak. This can be seen in the Heather book and in various posts on this Forum, especially some of the recent ones. His initial responses when Heather went public convinced many he was actually guilty. He lost good people who listened, considered, and then quietly left. And those are only the ones I know of. (Does he dare to deny anything from the list above? That would be foolhardy, when so many have heard him publicly boasting about each point.")

Attack--Who is better in the whole "field" of Spiritual Teaching at attacking people than James Swartz? In this, he seems to reign supreme. (Finally, he's a champion at something.) Heather and her supporters are the perfect targets, except that he is scared to Dante's Inferno of Heather really going public.

Reverse Victim and Offender -- Oh, yes. Poor James and wife. Such exemplary folks, teaching great things in a pure way, all ego and desires for Fame, Money, Sex, Drugs, and Power totally subsumed by their Enlightened (non-) selves. Uh, right. Sure thing. You betcha. Let's all grab some violins and play a sad song for those poor victims of warrantless truth-telling and inconsiderate accurate assessment of their histories and spiritual bona fides.

Heather, thank you. Thank you for revealing what happened to you. It has helped so many. It has assisted people in dealing with their own abuse by persons in power. It has prevented others from getting close to (at least one) dangerous "teacher." And much more.

Without you, many might have become close to a fraud, a spiritual fake, a dog killing, lying, bullying, and manipulative con man who displays traits of a narcissist, psychopath, and sociopath. We have enough politicians and criminals. Only they are not pretending to be "spiritual teachers" who can bring you to Awakening and, perhaps eventually, Enlightenment.

Except by passive transmission (such as mentioning greats like Ramana and Shankar, a study of whom would benefit any sincere student), James Swartz is more likely to bring his "students" to Pain, Poverty, and Despair. (And thanks to you, Heather, and your book, and allowing this Message Board on this forum, now all who care can see the truth. "Thanks" isn't a good enough word, but it will have to do for now.)

More Hypocricy from Tulsi & Co.

Ahhhrgh! I can't stand this any more! The hypocricies keep on rolling in!

And if I hear Tulsi brag about her military service again, I'll scream! "As a soldier, I know everything..." As if her sitting in an office doing paperwork makes her an expert on the Middle East & world affairs.

So what's new?

Now Tulsi calls Trump a "pimp" because he is waiting to hear from the Saudis about the attack on their oil field & their opinion on what to do.
[For just a moment, put aside your feelings about Trump pro or con.]

Tulsi was widely vilified for speaking to morally questionable leaders Assad & Modi. She justified it by pointing out that leaders need to communicate with other world leaders, even if they are despots. No problem. That's diplomacy 101. Until Trump does it.

With Tulsi, you get two hypocricies for the price of one.
Her austitic literal interpretation of Trump's tweet is the height of hypocricy. She did the same thing & spent a lot of time justifying her actions.

Tulsi critcised POTUS about making the United States "...servants of the Saudi Kingdom, standing by and awaiting their orders on how we should proceed...giving away our sovereingty."

FROM THE LIPS OF ONE WHO (IMO) HAS SURRENDERED HER PERSONAL SOVEREIGNTY TO HER GURU MAHARAJ CHRIS BUTLER*!

It appears that Tulsi & her all-devotee inner circle, all servants of Chris Butler await their orders from him on how they should proceed! They & their families serve only the pleasure of Jagged Guru Siddhaswarupananda Prabhufraud!

* To whom they offer their humble obeisances to on a daily basis...
I dare journalists to just ask them to deny this fact.

Tulsi calls POTUS a "Pimp" re Saudi Oil Fires

Hey Vox ~ Your post on WE ARE THE WHISTLEBLOWERS was great!

We need to compile a list of all of Tulsi's hypocricies and list of questions journalists should be asking.

On gun control: Should followers of your guru have access to guns to protect him? Should they have conceal and carry permits for their bead bags?

On undue influence: Do people have the right to be critical of Chris Butler if they experienced harm & undue influence in their life?

How much influence does your guru have on your policy making?

Do you offer your obeisances to your gurudev on a daily basis? How deep & extensive is this obeisance? What does obeisance mean? Is it only on spiritual matters or does it influence your legislation?

As a leader, you have to communicate with many types of people. Are you willing to meet with people who believe your guru's influence has caused them harm?

On whistleblowers:
Should people critical of your guru be punished or silenced?

I am sure others could think of better questions. Journalists are not asking the right questions or only ask from a partisan place.

On the other hand all I see from politicians is walking away and avoiding real questions from journalists.
Actually, I am very cynical.

Unless exers can get their stories out to the right people doing real journalism - nothing will change.

Mooji and his teams manipulated some journalists and they just posted a puff piece of falsehood in a Spanish newspaper. Some of the comments are really naïve and untrue. You can look beyond, what kind of people manage Mooji Media company (with the tax-break every year). I know that Mooji media company made about 2-2.5 Million Euro (Brutto(gross) income) in 2018. Monta Sahaja is an entertainment industry firm selling the false Mooji’s enlightenment and Monte Sahaja ashram like a piece of the heaven on the Earth. (check the law team leader there?…)

I have read the article again and it occurred to me why the journalist did not talk with Mooji (or the article is completed online?) but only with the ashram management and other people. I think that the journalist may already know about Mooji’s bad reputation from some articles online and he tried to avoid a meeting with Mooji. The journalist did not mention that Mooji was not in Ashram during his visit. There is also possibility that Mooji wants simply avoid private questions about his life behind curtain and worshiping cult in Monte Sahaja…This article was not about Mooji at all !!!. What is going on in the Ashram?

Thanks Horowitz.

What is really interesting is the comments people have written under this article... luckily the Moo Cult can't censor everything! Almost 100% of the comments are negative. Here are a few:

"Glorious. Instead of investigating this sect and its financing, it is made a free publicity report to encourage possible victims to leave their lives and poop in a bucket following a sloth guru. This must be the new journalism."
Netro

"If you are happy, enjoy your sect. Because it looks like a cult."
- Vivan Los Corrupto

"Most of these sects, over the years, discover what they had hidden in them. From scams to their participants, or from these with others, sexual, pyramidal, religious fanaticism, etc.

If this man with his money (I suppose), can or wants to become a member of this sect or any other, and devote himself to what they do, it is their decision and their money, because free is not so much "spirituality." He already says it to the article itself:

" The community is financed with the contributions of the inhabitants themselves, spiritual meetings, donations and the sale of 'merchandising '"
That said, without money there is, in this case, spirituality, and the chief guru will take a good slice."
- Maximon

"This looks like a cult. You can give up everything, why not, but go to a commune with a spiritual leader, especially when you don't know what to do with the money you've earned ... white and in the bottle."
- Jorgen

Correct, Vera!

Quote:"We need to compile a list of all of Tulsi's hypocrisies and list of questions journalists should be asking.

On gun control: Should followers of your guru have access to guns to protect him? Should they have conceal and carry permits for their bead bags? ANSWER: We KNOW he has guns- we know his devbots have guns. Butler has instructed that weapons be at hand.

On undue influence: Do people have the right to be critical of Chris Butler if they experienced harm & undue influence in their life? ANSWER: People have died! We know this! Why hasn't this been pointed out. There have been deaths, there has been abuse and there have been suicides. Harm? Dear Readers, you have no idea how deep it goes.

How much influence does your guru have on your policy making? ANSWER: We know that she has surrendered her life and soul to Butler. The average American Citizen has no idea what this really means. They cannot know the depth of Tulsi's devotion is seeded in complete surrender of her will. That all actions and thoughts must dovetail to the will (whims) of her feckless leader, Chris Butler.

Do you offer your obeisances to your gurudev on a daily basis? How deep & extensive is this obeisance? What does obeisance mean? Is it only on spiritual matters or does it influence your legislation? ANSWER: It has become quite obvious that when Butler ordered her to join the military it was in direct opposition to established Vedic injunctions- [For the record so is taking on the life of Sanyasi and then marrying one of your devotees wife!!] But hey, Butler is above the very injunctions he purportedly holds his devotees to. In other words, Butler orders, she obeys.

On whistleblowers:
Should people critical of your guru be punished or silenced? ANSWER: Punished and silenced- indeed. Being taken to court and sued is a common practice of Butler & Co. Look it up- its in several court docs in Hawaii, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. And let's not forgot all the phone calls to the henchmen, er I mean 'devotees' who carry out Butler's orders to intimidate and cooerce those who dare speak up.

I am sure others could think of better questions. Journalists are not asking the right questions or only ask from a partisan place.

On the other hand all I see from politicians is walking away and avoiding real questions from journalists." - Yes, a Tulsi trademark move.

And the hypocrisy continues-

Quote: "Tsuji similarly refused to comment on Robinson’s [A LONG TIME CULT MEMBER MARRIED TO ANOTHER CULT MEMBER] apparent connections to Butler and the Science of Identity Foundation, and instead provided a vague statement on Gabbard’s support of religious freedom.

“As a member of Congress and the U.S. Armed Forces, Tulsi has served to protect every American citizen’s right to be treated fairly and to practice their religious convictions,” Tsuji said. “She and her staff consider it unethical, improper, and immoral to compromise those rights that so many have sacrificed to defend.”

The cult always plays the religion card.

WHAT, PRAY TELL DOES 'RELIGION' HAVE TO DO WITH BEING FORTHCOMING ABOUT FUNDING FOR HER CAMPAIGN AND WHO WHAT WHERE SHE OBTAINS SERVICES FOR HER CAMPAIGN?

Ed note: The Kris Robinson in this article, is the son of Jiva Nanda Dasi and Chaitanya das, two long time disciples of Butler. His sister is married to Balaram Muncie, Tusta das' eldest son. His other son Aja sits in a jail cell with a release date 2026.
Kris has had quite a few businesses. He married an American devotee girl whose mother is Vidimaga dasi aka Janet Stewart who lived on site for quite some time- she actually was the lessee for one of Butler’s beachfront houses he lives in.
If Kris lives in a desolate area as described in the article and he gets paid that much, it does not equate.

Why Is Tulsi Gabbard Paying This Obscure Consultant Big Bucks?

Kris Robinson grew up in the same controversial religious sect as Gabbard. Now, he’s one of the top-paid vendors on her 2020 presidential campaign.

By Nick Grube / September 9, 2019
Reading time: 13 minutes.

STEHEKIN, Wash. — Deep in the Washington state wilderness, a highly paid political consultant is raking in hundreds of thousands of dollars from U.S. Rep. Tulsi Gabbard’s presidential campaign.

It’s the kind of money usually spent on national name-brand political operatives with bustling offices and large staffs based in Washington, D.C., or New York.

But few people in the business have ever heard of Kris Robinson, the owner of Northwest Digital, a web design and internet marketing firm working for Gabbard’s campaign. His company address is a P.O. box here in Stehekin, a remote village in the Northern Cascades mountains that’s famous for its isolation.

There are no roads to Stehekin. One of the few options to get into the valley include horseback.

Cell phone service is non-existent and there are no roads in. Visitors travel mostly via ferry, which each day makes a run up Lake Chelan, a 55-mile journey that can take up to four hours. Other options include horse, foot and floatplane.

As one summer hand at the local lodge said, “It’s kind of like ‘The Shining’ here in the winter. Lots of snow. Not many people.”

Yet in the first six months of 2019, federal campaign finance records show Gabbard paid Robinson and his company more than $259,000.

A second-tier candidate in a shrinking but still large field of Democrats seeking to oust Republican President Donald Trump, Gabbard did not qualify for the September debates.

Robinson is one of her top vendors. The only companies receiving more money in the first half of 2019 were Google, for internet advertising, and Revolution Messaging, a well-known digital firm in Washington, D.C., that ran U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders’ 2016 presidential primary campaign against Hillary Clinton.

Revolution Messaging and Gabbard parted ways shortly after she announced her candidacy. It was part of a larger shake-up that also saw her then-campaign manager walk away.

While turnover and dysfunction have been hallmarks of Gabbard’s congressional career and, now, her presidential campaign, Robinson has been a near constant in her political orbit.

Like her, he has ties to an obscure religious sect called the Science of Identity Foundation that’s based in Kailua and run by a reclusive guru whose devotees have displayed political ambitions.

Hawaii campaign spending records show Gabbard first hired one of Robinson’s companies, Honu Creative, in 2010 when she was running for the Honolulu City Council. She paid him $75 dollars that year for web hosting and domain purchase.

But Federal Election Commission records show that between 2013 and 2019 Gabbard’s congressional and presidential campaigns have paid out more than $531,000 to Robinson, Honu Creative and Northwest Digital.

He and his companies have never worked for another politician, records show.

That lack of a political resume makes Robinson stick out, particularly among other top dollar pollsters, vendors and consultants working in high stakes presidential politics.

Tim Lim is a former partner at Bully Pulpit Interactive, and is a leading digital strategist who has worked on numerous presidential, Senate and House races over the past decade, including Barack Obama’s re-election campaign in 2012.

Lim is also the founder of Blue Digital Exchange, a trade association for people working in the political digital marketplace. Lim says he has no idea who Robinson is.

“I keep pretty close tabs on all the 2020 campaigns,” Lim said. “If you’re a serious enough agency to be working on a presidential campaign, you would have worked on previous statewide campaigns or national super PACs. The fact that I’ve never heard of this guy or his company is peculiar.”

The Mystery Of Kris Robinson

Gabbard and her campaign staff have refused to talk about Robinson and what specifically he has done to earn hundreds of thousands of dollars, especially how effective he can really be on a presidential campaign while living and working in a remote Pacific Northwest village.

Robinson also refused to talk to Civil Beat, even after Civil Beat travelled to Stehekin in an attempt to reach him at his home, which is the same cabin he uses to run Northwest Digital using a small satellite dish in the backyard.

Civil Beat used FEC data, property records, business licenses, websites — some of which have been deleted and partially scrubbed from the internet — and social media accounts to try to figure out who Robinson is and what he does.

FEC records filed by the Gabbard campaign describe briefly that his work for her involves marketing, internet advertising, website and digital management and polling. The records show he’s also been paid to do social media.

But beyond his work for Gabbard, Robinson, who is Australian, does not appear to have any background in politics or digital advertising.

He once had a website, Oinkfu.com, that he used to sell T-shirts and share his musings on apparel design. He also offered to draw anything for $12 so long as it wasn’t pornographic.

His current website, Northwest Digital, is sparse, giving no clue about what sort of business he is in.

There is no “About Us” page or explanation of what the company does or who owns it. Visitors to the site are greeted with rotating views of evergreen forests and Western mountain landscapes.

While other companies involved in digital marketing and web design list current or former clients, Robinson does not. The only business related link is a “Contact” button that automatically generates an email to hello@nwd.io. There’s nothing written in the subject line.

FEC records filed by Gabbard over the years show he listed his business address as Kailua in 2010, Silverton, Oregon in 2016 and Stehekin in 2019. But Robinson has lived in Stehekin, at least part of the time, since 2010 according to what he told the Associated Press in 2010.

The story was about how the residents of Stehekin were divided over whether basic phone service should come to the valley.

The cost was $13,000 a line — paid for by the federal government — and Robinson told the reporter he and his wife, Yamuna, were pro-phone in case of an emergency. They had decided to move to the village, the story said, after Yamuna Robinson’s father had died.

The homepage for Northwest Digital doesn’t do anything to explain what the company is or does.
Screen shot
“I could see if you had been here for years and knew how things worked in this community, you might not need a phone,” Kris Robinson told the AP. “What does happen if my kid falls in the lake or breaks her leg and I need to call for help? I just felt I needed that.”

Last month, two trucks — one with Hawaii license plates — blocked the entrance to Robinson’s property. A dented stop sign greeted anyone headed toward the front door, a satellite dish pointed toward the south. A surfboard and tin “Aloha” sign decorated the porch.

Civil Beat knocked on Robinson’s door but no one answered. The next day two children sitting on the porch steps ran inside and slammed the door when asked if Robinson was home. No one else came out.

Property records show the cabin is owned by Stewfam LLC. Robinson’s wife, Yamuna Robinson is the registered agent for the company and she and her siblings, Narayana and Gopal Stewart are the principle governors.

The house was transferred to the siblings in 2009 by a trust in the name of their late father Mark Stewart, whose wife, Janet, still lives in Stehekin.

The Robinsons and the Stewarts all have ties to the Kailua-based Science of Identity Foundation, a controversial religious sect that was founded by Chris Butler, someone Gabbard has described as her “guru dev,” or spiritual master.

Their names have appeared on a number of online forums tracking the organization. Former members interviewed by Civil Beat also confirmed the Robinsons’ and Stewarts’ affiliations with Butler and his religion.

The Science of Identity Foundation is an offshoot of Hare Krishna that was started in Hawaii by the surf-obsessed Butler in the 1970s, and has since spread to other parts of the U.S. as well as countries such as New Zealand, Australia and the Philippines.

Butler and his followers had clear political aspirations in Hawaii, launching their own party called the Independents for Godly Government that in 1976 fielded a slate of more than a dozen candidates for federal, state and local office.

Much has been written about Gabbard’s upbringing in the religious sect and speculation continues about how much Butler and the organization are influencing or involved in her presidential campaign.

Gabbard’s parents, Mike Gabbard, a Hawaii state senator, and his wife, Carol, a former school board member, were both Butler devotees. The congresswoman even spent a couple childhood years at a school in the Philippines that was run by Butler’s followers.

Kris Robinson also attended one of these schools, according to Ian Koviak, a Portland, Oregon, resident whose mother was a devotee of Butler and his religion.

Koviak says he was a classmate of Robinson’s at the Science of Identity Foundation’s all-boys school in the Philippines, where his mother sent him while she went on a mission to Poland.

Like others who have distanced themselves from Butler and his religion — which they call “a cult” — Koviak has been outspoken about his experiences within the Science of Identity Foundation and at the school, participating in online forums at the Cult Education Institute website and posting to social media.

Tulsi Gabbard’s Inner Circle

Robinson isn’t the only person with ties to the Science of Identity Foundation who has been affiliated with Gabbard in recent years, since she’s been in Congress or even during her run for president.

The congresswoman surrounds herself with people who are linked to Butler and his followers, from her chief of staff, Kainoa Penaroza, to some of her closest campaign advisors.

Among those on the 2020 campaign trail with Gabbard are her sister, Vrindavan Bellord, and the congresswoman’s husband, Abraham Williams, who spends much of his time taking pictures and shooting video of Gabbard’s public appearances.

Bellord, although a near constant presence, is not being paid by the campaign, according to FEC records.

Abraham Williams is constantly taking pictures and shooting video at his wife’s campaign events.

But Gabbard’s federal campaign committees have paid Williams thousands of dollars in recent years for media production, travel expenses and equipment rentals.

Her committees have also hired Blue River Productions, a company Williams worked for that’s run by Science of Identity affiliates, to do media work for her presidential run. In 2019 alone the company has been paid nearly $76,000.

Sunil Khemaney, another Butler associate involved in a number of businesses and nonprofits with ties to the guru, has travelled with Gabbard as she has campaigned around the country this year.

He was with her in Iowa shortly after she announced her candidacy. A New York Magazine reporter who joined the Gabbard contingent for a short time wrote that the “quiet, mustachioed” Khemaney handed her a Tulsi 2020 business card that included his name, but was blank where the job title should have been.

Khemaney has helped organize Gabbard’s trips to India that have bolstered her popularity in that country and with Indian Americans in the U.S. Gabbard is the first Hindu in Congress, but is not of Indian descent.

Gabbard Won’t Talk About Any Of This

Robinson would not talk to Civil Beat for this story despite repeated requests for an interview, including the attempts to reach him at home as well as through phone messages and email requests.

His only response was a brief email from his “Tulsi 2020” account shortly after a Civil Beat reporter arrived in Stehekin. He directed questions to Gabbard’s longtime spokeswoman, Erika Tsuji, who is based in Hawaii.

“I’m sorry, I have a confidentiality clause with all of my clients,” Robinson wrote. “I cannot and will not be answering any of your questions.”

Civil Beat reached out to Tsuji and other members of Gabbard’s campaign staff to request an interview with the congresswoman or one of her representatives to explain Robinson’s role in their political operation.

Civil Beat also asked the campaign to address Robinson’s ties to the Science of Identity Foundation as well as whether it would waive his confidentiality agreement so that he could talk about his work.

In an email to Civil Beat, Tsuji did not provide any details about Robinson’s work. She noted that Gabbard’s campaigns were in compliance with FEC rules, although she did not explain what that meant.

“As has been true for all of Tulsi’s campaign, Tulsi 2020 has complied in full with all Federal Election Commission rules and reporting requirements,” Tsuji said.

“You can find detailed information about payments to any of our vendors on the FEC website.”

Tsuji similarly refused to comment on Robinson’s apparent connections to Butler and the Science of Identity Foundation, and instead provided a vague statement on Gabbard’s support of religious freedom.

“As a member of Congress and the U.S. Armed Forces, Tulsi has served to protect every American citizen’s right to be treated fairly and to practice their religious convictions,” Tsuji said. “She and her staff consider it unethical, improper, and immoral to compromise those rights that so many have sacrificed to defend.” End quote.

THREE MATTERS--
Pseudo-Erin "removes" the rape charge in a message as weak as his accusation.
Fred attacks so poorly that one wonders if he deserves his pay.
Is Whoisit19, as well as Val891, also Alexander Fred?

Suspicions are growing that Whoisit19 is actually Alexander Fred pretending to be a bit slow and using this to rip Be Scofield. If that's not true, apologies to Whoisit19.

However, who could not see the obvious similarities between Erin's fake story and Heather's true one? Trusting an elder, an authority figure wrapped in spiritual pretension and fake empathy and caring. A 14 year-old, past puberty but very innocent. Drugged, raped, and threatened. Waiting for years due to the pain (PTSD) to speak out. Then speaking out anonymously. (Yes, sadly, drugged rapes of underage persons might be more common than we are aware of.)

Just to make it clear as regards Whoisit19's post of Sept 10, only in Erin's fake account does Be Scofield in any way behave like (the "criminal, fraudulent, narcissist, sociopathic") James Swartz. (There is absolutely no credible evidence yet found to the contrary.)

And as regards Whoisit19's Sept 12 post, it contains Erin's "Removal" (which is copied in the post above this one.)

The Removal stinks as bad as the accusation of rape itself. For one thing, Erin was never harassed online because Erin could not be found. Nobody ever discovered him. If Erin was feeling harassed, it was because of the holes in his story that became more and more obvious as one took a closer look. (Yes, Erin doesn't exist except in Alexander Fred's imagination, true, but we had to try to find him.) Second, the persons who were "persecuted for being associated" with Erin is only one, and that is Erin's apparent creator, Alexander Fred. If Alexander can't handle the heat he shouldn't go into the kitchen.

Now the "Culture of Cult" site creator is getting desperate. A new article has been posted, "Be Scofield -- 'The Chosen One.'" In a word, it is total excrement. No concrete evidence is given of any sort. There are only vague accusations, general statements which are never supported, and associations between groups and events that are never tied together in fact, but only through innuendo and blind assertions.

According to Fred, who I shall assume is the author, Be Scofield has a Cult. She has been amassing this following for years, starting with publicly extolling LGBTQ rights in years past. Then she moved on to attacking spiritual teachers with twisted reasoning and no real basis, just to build up her reputation and following. Plus, since he claims she is an "Angry Sociopath," (again, with no evidence at all), this is all to build up a powerful Cult, a "Hate Group" to which he equates anyone who supports her as being a member of.

Yes, to follow the reasoning of the author (Alexander Fred), to support Be Scofield is the same as saluting a swastika. Plus, members of this "Hate Cult" must never speak ill of Be Scofield, or they will be attacked for virtual treason.

Uh, hey, Fred. I started this Message Board. I was honestly questioning whether "Erin" was for real. Checking it out, I discovered Erin was a fraud. Be Scofield's own refutation of your fake account did help. No person better than I knows how easy it is to go where a person has lived for years and find out things about the person and the place. Some details you gave of Berkeley helped to make Erin's account seem perhaps plausible. (But in this latest "Chosen One" piece you haven't even done that much research. Getting worn down? Lazy?)

Attacked by Be Scofield? Since discovering the falsity of the attacks against her, I have written many times about how she is not perfect. I've mentioned how she might have made some mistakes, and that there were certain teachers she seemed to be "going after" now that I wish she weren't. I've also repeatedly asked her to research and write about the (to my mind, criminal and fraudulent) James Swartz, and she hasn't (yet).

Be Scofield has not attacked me in any way. None of her alleged "Hate Cult" members have even posted here damning me for having doubted "The Chosen One."

And, Fred, where did you get that? "The Chosen One." An old movie? Who, besides you, has ever given Be Scofield that title?

Be Scofield remains innocent, in my eyes, as goes the (now removed) rape charge or of being an "Angry Sociopath." (As goes the latter, I'd be a bit more concerned about the person tossing these inaccurate bombs at Be Scofield, actually.) She has done some good, even brave, work, revealing some terrible spiritual teachers, but at other times might have committed some miscues. She's human, but not one choosing to live amorally and without a conscience (like James Swartz, until he's called on it, seems to revel in doing).

For persons holding such knowledge, I think all would benefit greatly from a bullet point timeline beginning with JS’ self proclaimed two years as Swami Chinmayananda’s personal attendant and his resulting self proclaimed moksha. Please include JS’ age and the year of occurrence, information he has shared personally via his seminars, written word and in passing, highlights from Heather’s sharing and first hand accounts from others who have spent time with him. I am not sure of the best format to respond to this request but I do feel it could shed important light on this process of discovery. I myself have been unclear about what events happened prior to his self proclaimed moksha and what events happened following. Thank you.

The journalist designed or wrote his article about people from Monte Sahaja as if they got fed up with a regular life or they left their success life story behind and decided to live in a spiritual community in Portugal their own independent spiritual life and Guru Mooji is a kind of irrelevant and lives only in a small wood cottage there. I personally do not believe their stories at all in the article because they signed up directly to promote Mooji cult, make a kind of a career there and move people and money again……
For instance, Shree shared a different unhappy story about herself in Mooji Disciple Shree radio show dialogue with Rishi: [www.youtube.com]

I think its really weird that you say that I am now these people. Why? Because I actually think it matters one way or another? If you believe this is a smear campaign, and nothing more, then why wouldnt you be trying to find out who they were, instead of accuse anyone who knows about it as being involved in some way? I am not Fred, I am not anyone in the story at all. I'm not any kind of writer or journalist. And I notice you routinely accuse message board members of being other people when they think differently than you. Pretty odd. In my opinion, if this is an elaborate smear, it needs to be investigated and outed as such. In either case, there are is something bad going on that should be weeded out of the larger community.

I have asked you a couple times how Erins story relates to Heathers? I read her story after you said that. Heather also had to remove her story, so it think its strange that this discredits Erin further for you? Additionally, as far as the persecuted for being associated, i think they are just referring to the authors as separate people. They dont buy Be's claim that its all one person. Honestly, I dont either. It seems impossible just from the amount of time it would take to build and fill multiple platforms with various characters. I'm not sure why you are also trying to put so many people under the same umbrella.

In fact, I have seen Be in action, in a private facebook group. Where someone shared the allegation to be discussed. That is the group the real Alex Fred had interacted with her in. I saw it myself. The article about him was meant FOR that group, which is probably why it is not searchable on her site and is dated 2018 so it is not easily found, it has to be directly linked.

And the article about Alexander Fred was posted HERE before it posted THERE. So, traveler99, what is up with that? Who gave you that link? You already said that Be never responded to your email, alerting her to this thread, where you had already shared that article. That article was in direct response to the discussion happening there, and a lot of people in that group saw Be behave in ways that shocked them. It raised more questions. I have no idea about her guilt or innocence, but there is in the least a lot of dishonest maneuvering, which is relevant if you are dealing with vulnerable people, such as cult survivors in various stages of deprogramming.

"Checking it out, I discovered Erin was a fraud."

Huh? please elaborate. this is the whole point of me joining this thread was to talk about the evidence and where it all originated from.

Travelor, this is not a unique story. A lot of spiritual authority figures abuse impressionable young people. Its why this forum and thousands of others exist. The fact that Erin's story fit into this same pattern doesnt discredit it, otherwise you would be implying that other survivors are questionable for being abused in this way and coming out later due to PTSD. It seems like you know that the details are not similar as you said they are. I'm not sure why the comparison needed to be made in the first place? Erin actually provided a lot of personal information in the email, not just knowing when and where Be was active and who she hung out with and and her old name and what she was up to at the time. I dont know WHAT it means, but i dont think it makes sense to chalk it all up to one boogieman, and ignore what is obviously wrong (whether its a cover up effort, or someones psychotic smear campaign that Be reacted strongly to, maybe even in a way that makes her look bad, even if she isnt). Something is fishy, pinning down where the stench is emanating from is important.
