Tantric internalization of the guru in one's body visualizations

In a lot of tantric meditation one is instructed to visualize one's root guru
(aka one's tantric guru) and then internalize the guru inside oneself.

trance induction techniques. We were fortunate to have a member named The Anticult who understood trance induction methods and was able to identify when they were used.
