Hi Horowitz I genuinely found that letter online, agiain I don't know if it is real or not I just thought I should post it. And I have already shared alot of my personal experience online on multiple forums. I will look into writing the mayor but from what I can remember the Mayor was very fund of Moo so I don't know if that would be wise.
