As a matter of fact, Tolle Tranced-Out rambling, breathy-soft voice, sounds a lot like Warren Jeffs, the Leader of the polygamist cult now in jail. These sort of breathy, soft-spoken, passive sounding speakers can be some of the most manipulative.
