I attended one course in new zealand and the second in italy. They were practically the same when it came down to organization. I was amazed by their similarities. I can only imagine that courses in third world countries may lack the resources, but still get by with what they have. I read a comment in this thread from someone complaining about the heat and time difference at a course in india as if the course had anything to do with it. What it really came down to was poor planning by that person... lesson to be learned: its hot in india, and take a couple of days to get rid of jetlag before committing to anything that intensive like the 10 day course.
