In the old days, to gain vast wealth one had to go all over the world and seek for deposits of oil, natural gas, minerals, precious metals, look for stands of valuable forests.

Or, one had to take the vast risk of securing loans and venture capital to support
creation of factories, then pay more to market the product and hope it would sell.

Not any more.

Today's entrepreneurs have a power that used to exist only in legends. Today, an ambitious person can create "gold mines."

How does one create a gold mine?

Generate a crowd. Where there are crowds, there's money to be made, and powerbrokering.

Once you create a crowd and tie it to regularly scheduled events you become a power broker. Doors open to you.

This is especially effective if the crowd (gold mine) is tied to an ideal.

Anyone who issues warnings is written off as being negative.

Nope.

Where there are crowds, there's money to be made.

Throughout history, tourist spots and pilgrimage sites have been
infamous for attracting opportunists.

To sign on for a meditation event is to be a pilgrim of sorts. You
bring hope, energy, idealism, and perhaps, heartache.

Enjoy the company and opportunity, but ensure that your inner parent
stays alert and protects your inner child.

The inner parent makes sure to prevent our soul, our child-self from
being exploited.

You are a unique human being. Do not behave in a way that
can be predicted by some businessman's algorithm/mathematical model.

Suppose you register for something, anything.

Demand to see confidentiality guidelines. Many ethical websites
state that our information will not be sold or released to someone else.

Insist that such safeguards be in place before you register for any sort
of mass event.
